Hi my name is Michaella. I struggle with severe anxiety, depression, occasional panic attacks. The stigmas surrounding mental health made me scared to get help for a very long time. Even more scared to take medication. I started taking Lexapro 2 years ago and it has changed my life. Once I opened up to a few friends about my mental health journey and that I was starting medication I found that many of my friends were also taking Lexapro. My designs may be triggering and I must acknowledge this. MYLN stands for "this is my life now" and to truly live authentically I have to celebrate all parts of me - which now inlcudes Lexapro every morning.
